This spa is amazing. I purchased the birthday package which included a massage, a facial, cake, sash and tiara. The staff was wonderful. I will definitely be visiting again.

Super amazing absolutely wonderful experience! I went for my anniversary for a couple’s massage. We felt very taken care of, and they gave us additional complimentary items as well. We definitely plan to come back sometime soon.

We had the most wonderful afternoon at ZZ for our friend’s bachelorette party! We took the Princess Package and it was amazing! Our estheticians and massage therapists were fantastic. Thank you for an incredible experience and making our bachelorette extra special.

I had one of the best deep tissue massages of my life at ZZ Day Spa (West 36th Street location). I'd give them six stars if it were possible. The staff is both extremely nice AND extremely professional. Everything about the place is top notch. Highly recommend them!

I enjoyed my time at the spa. It’s very welcoming and the aesthetics are appealing. The massage I had released all the tension I have been experiencing. The receptionist made sure I had an amazing experience. Highly recommend!

This was the most marvelous, relaxing experience ever. My husband and I came here to celebrate our 22nd year anniversary. We couldn’t have asked for a better time. SJ took great care of us. We left feeling like a million bucks. We will be back for sure! THANK YOU!!

PHENOMENAL EXPERIENCE!!! My husband & I came to this spa & booked the couples romance package. The staff were friendly & accommodating, they gave us mimosas & delicious cheesecake. The atmosphere was very relaxing & clean. The masseuse did a great job with our deep tissue massage, even though we were late they made us feel very relaxed. We were given scented soap as gifts before leaving. I would recommend coming here & I’ll be back myself.

A comprehensively good experience. Relaxation was at the forefront of all that they do. My girlfriend and I did the couples massage and if I say we left feeling at ease, this would not do this place justice. Customer service was top notch and the package did not just include the massage, but a lot of complemantary items were included. For the man they help score you a lot of brownie points. An overall excellent experience 10/10!
I had the opportunity to spend half a day at ZZ Spa and it was the most relaxing and peaceful experience I've had in a while. The welcoming attendants: Zina & Julia were both kind and lovely. They provided excellent customer service throughout my visit and gave me nice gifts at the end! this spot as it was a gift from my daughter for Mother's Day, and it was a long overdue self-care day. I'm grateful that she chose ZZ Day Spa. I look forward to coming back again soon. My message therapists: Lilia & Nancy were super-amazing. Lilia also took out all of my body kinks and gave me the best foot massage ever! Moriah, the southern bell gave me the most amazing and gently facial I've ever had! she is by far the top esthetician I've ever had! Thank you to an awesome staff of women, all of whom provided top-notched customer service!

I like getting a big package of massages on Black Friday, then using them throughout the year (they never expire and are easy to schedule). My favorite is the aroma therapy massage. Self-care is so important, and ZZ Day Spa make it easy (and affordable)!

When I was looking to treat my mom and I to massages for Mother's Day, I saw that ZZ Day Spa offers great spa packages. I chose to do a couples massage package and noted that it was for Mother's Day. The spa is conveniently located in Midtown Manhattan, but feels very serene inside. First, we were welcomed into our semi-private section in the lounge area, where we were offered champagne and mimosas before it was time to head to our room for the 50 minute deep tissue massages. The massages were excellent and it was a cute surprise for the masseuses to end it by handing us a rose. We then headed back to our lounge section to enjoy some delicious cheesecakes as well as more drinks. They even brought out a tray of soaps with scents from around the world for us to smell and choose 3 each to take home as a spa gift! We felt so pampered throughout the experience and just may have to make it an annual Mother's Day tradition.
If you need a piece of heaven on earth, this place is for you. Go with someone you care about for the couples package. You get mimosas, cheesecake, and the most amazing massage . The service is world-class. The staff is personable and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Once you're done with that incredible massage, please have the Uber ready... because your body will feel so relaxed.
